Terms of Service

By using Batch Alchemist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Batch Alchemist is a production management tool for small-batch food producers. It is provided by Kris Jacobs, operating as Batch Alchemist, based in Florida.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Inactive Accounts

Free accounts that have had no activity for 90 or more days may be deleted, along with all associated data. We reserve the right to do so at our discretion but are not obligated to. If your account matters to you, log in occasionally or upgrade to a paid plan.

4. Payments

Paid subscriptions and token purchases are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Kris Jacobs does not store your payment card information.

5. Affiliate Program

Batch Alchemist operates a referral program through which participants may earn commissions for referring new paying customers. Participation is voluntary and subject to program terms communicated at enrollment.

6. Your Content

You own the recipes, batch records, and other content you create in Batch Alchemist. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

Batch Alchemist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kris Jacobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
