All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Batch Alchemist does not receive or store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.

4. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our referral program, we track referral activity associated with your account in order to calculate and pay commissions. This information is not shared with outside parties.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secured servers. We take reasonable steps to protect it but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Free accounts that are inactive for 90 or more days may be deleted at our discretion. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children

Batch Alchemist is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
